OUR KITCHEN CREATIONS

🍴 Recipes: From Our Kitchen to Yours
This page is all about food, family meals, and the little moments we share around the table. Cooking has always been a love of mine, but due to my health, I’ve had to take more of an advisory role than a doing role. Paul, my husband, has totally entered his “chef era” right now 😜, and our kitchen is always filled with a little bit of chaos and a lot of love.
Expect to find recipes for simple meals, comfort food, and the occasional indulgent treat. Whether it’s a home-cooked curry, homemade Yorkshire puddings (told ya he was in his chef era!) or a fun new twist on a classic, this is where I’ll share everything from my family’s favorite recipes to the quick fixes I rely on when the day gets away from me.
Making homemade is something I’m passionate about, I believe in homemade over store-bought whenever possible, not just for the love that goes into it but because it’s often healthier, cheaper, and gives you the satisfaction of creating something from scratch.
Cooking can be chaotic, but it’s also one of the most comforting things we can do for ourselves.
Since my health has made it harder for me to be in the kitchen, Paul’s taken over the physical stuff and let’s just say he’s deep into his chef era right now! From comforting classics to creative experiments, I get to enjoy the yumminess without having to do the work (and honestly, that’s healing in itself). Keep an eye out for his kitchen chaos.
I hope you find joy in the process, have fun creating, and enjoy every delicious moment. ✌🏼💜✨

😋 Northern Irish 15s
These are a firm favourite in our house when we’re craving something sweet, nostalgic, and just a bit extra. Paul whipped up a batch of these Northern Irish 15s recently, and honestly… there’s something about homemade that just hits differently. 🍒 If you’ve never had a 15 before, you’re in for a treat. They’re no-bake,…

🥣 Homemade Granola in the Ninja Air Fryer
This one’s become a bit of a staple in our kitchen. It’s easy, crunchy, and only 3 ingredients if you want to keep it simple! I love making it in the Ninja because it’s fast, smells amazing, and you can switch it up depending on what you’re craving. Perfect for busy mornings or those late-night…
